1. Our Services
HE Construction Solutions provides:
- Cost estimating and quantity takeoff services
- Structural drawings and calculations
- MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) drawings
- Architectural drawing services
- 3D rendering and modeling
All work is prepared based on the information, plans, and details you give us. The accuracy of our estimates and drawings depends on the accuracy of the information you provide.
2. Quotes and Payment
- All quotes are based on the project details shared with us at the time of the request.
- Turnaround times (such as 24–48 hours) are typical estimates and may change based on project size and complexity.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
- Prices may change if the project scope changes after work has started.
3. Client Responsibilities
To help us give you an accurate estimate or design, you agree to:
- Give us correct and complete project information
- Respond to our questions in a timely manner
- Review and approve drawings or estimates within a reasonable time
4. Ownership of Work
- Estimates, drawings, and documents we prepare remain our property until full payment is received.
- Once paid in full, you may use the final documents for your project.
- We may keep copies of completed work for our own records.
5. No Guarantee of Project Outcome
Our estimates and drawings are professional tools to help you plan and bid your project. We do not guarantee that your bid will be accepted, that construction costs will not change, or that local authorities will approve every drawing without revision.
6. Limitation of Liability
HE Construction Solutions will do its best work using industry knowledge and current market data. However, we are not responsible for:
- Losses caused by changes in material prices, labor costs, or market conditions after delivery
- Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
- Delays caused by events outside our control
7. Confidentiality
We treat your project details as private. We will not share your plans or project information with outside parties, except as needed to complete the work or as required by law.
8. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a project after work has started, you may be responsible for paying for the work already completed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law rules.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
